Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within two business days. If for some reason any item goes out of stock, we will contact you with the option to swap with a similar item, remove the item from your order or hold your order until the item is available.

When ordering you will have the option to select the desired shipping method. We ship through Canada Post within Canada and USA. International shipping and throughout most of the world is only available on demand.


Shipping Note:


  • We recommend getting shipping insurance as we will not be responsible for damage or loss once the package leaves our facility.
  • If you would like to receive our catalogue you can add it or download it from here.

To find the shipping rates before checkout add the products you need to the cart. There is a table on the bottom of Shopping Cart page which has the link "Find the Shipping Rates". Click on the link and enter the requested information and click update. It will show you all the available methods that your order can be shipped. You can do this any time during your shopping.

Returns Policy


Alexandria Boutique Publications guarantees that you will receive quality products that are new and in good condition (unless otherwise noted). Alexandria Boutique backs all of its products with a 15 day money-back guarantee, subject to terms conditions outlined below.

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 15 days of receipt in its original packaging and condition, and we will refund the cost of the goods. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Items that are found to be broken and/or defective upon delivery or initial use will be exchanged for the same product/s at no cost to the customer.

Software


All software products are non refundable once opened, unless damaged or defective, in which case the software will be exchanged for the exact same product/s. Alexandria Boutique is not responsible for the non-compatibility of software with the customer's computer system.

Cancellations


Orders can be cancelled before we ship the items. Once the items are shipped, order cannot be cancelled. For cancellations call or e-mail us with your Order number.
